Greek Pasta Salad is a wonderful salad to have when you are
having a barbecue. The mixture of black olives, chicken, cheese
and onions is so good mixed in with the pasta.

Pasta Salad Ingredients
1 lb rotini
3 stalks celery chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
2 1/4 oz black olives sliced
3 green onions finely sliced
16 oz Italian salad dressing
4 oz feta cheese drained and crumbled
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

Pasta Salad Method
Cook chicken in water to cover
with 1 bay leaf then bring to boil and cook for 30 minutes
or until juices run clear then cool and remove skin then cut
into bite size pieces. Cook noodles and drain then add all
ingredients and mix well. I use only about half the bottle
of dressing and then put the rest on the table if someone
wants more. Serve the Greek Pasta Salad warm or cold.

POTATO SALAD RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Hot Potato Salad. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. Hot
Potato Salad is a great salad recipe to have with your next
barbecue. The taste of potato, onion, bacon, olives and cheese
is absolutely sensational.
Hot Potato Salad Ingredients
mayonnaise
6 slices bacon
1 Tbs celery seed
1 small onion chopped
1/2 lb mild cheese cubed
3 oz spanish olives sliced
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
6 potatoes peeled and cubed
dash each sugar, salt and pepper
Hot Potato
Salad Method
Cook potatoes until done. Cook
onion and bacon together then add to potatoes including drippings.
Add enough mayonnaise to moisten then add worcestershire sauce
and celery seed, olives, cheese, sugar, salt and pepper. Place
the Hot Potato Salad in a baking dish and heat in 350 degree
oven until cheese melts about 30 minutes. This freezes well
or may be prepared a day ahead.
