PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a great recipe
for diabetics, each cookie has approx 35 calories per cookie
so is also a great alternative for dieters to thats why I
make them for all my family.
Oatmeal
Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp soda
1 tsp lite salt
1/3 cup corn oil
3 Tbs skim milk
2/3 cup oatmeal
2 tsp baking powder
4 Tbs liquid sweetener
2 Tbs sugar substitute
1/4 cup eggbeaters and 1 egg
2/3 cup salt free peanut butter

Peanut Butter Cookies Method
In a bowl sift flour, salt,
soda and baking powder. Cream corn oil, peanut butter, eggbeaters
and one egg, skim milk, liquid sweetener and sugar substitute
together the add oatmeal and beat. Add flour mixture and stir
until it forms a ball then roll into 1 inch balls. Place on
ungreased cookie sheet and press down with glass. Bake the
Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

RICE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Orange Rice. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
This is a fantastic way of cooking rice as
the orange in it makes the taste just really exceptional.
Some people think yuk when I first tell them about the Orange
Rice but believe me its really good and healthy.
Orange Rice Ingredients
dash
of salt
1 cup water
1 cup orange juice
1 cup rice uncooked
1 tsp reduced calorie margarine
1 Tbs orange rind freshly grated
1/2 cup fresh orange sections seeded

Rice Method
In a 2 quart microwave safe
casserole combine the rice, water, orange juice, margarine
and salt. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes then stir
in the orange rind. Turn the bowl 1/4 turn and microwave till
the rice is tender. The Orange Rice is great served with yoghurt.
