Helens Lo Cal Pecan Pie Ingredients

1 Tbs plus
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup plus
1/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 oz pecan halves
3 Tbs all purpose flour
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 Tbs reduced calorie tub margarine melted
1 tsp thawed frozen pineapple juice concentrate

Helens Lo Cal Pecan Pie Method

Mix all the ingredients except flour and pecans and bring to a boil in a large saucepan then add the flour and pecans. When mixture starts to thicken remove from heat and then pour into the pie crust. Bake Helens Lo Cal Pecan Pie at 350 degrees or until golden brown on edges.

It Could Be A Snickers Bar.

This recipe will teach you how to make It Could Be A Snickers Bar. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a fantastic frozen dessert to make for diabetics but just remember you still have to keep to your portions even if it is healthy. I like making this for my grandchildren as they do not realise it is so healthy and I believe you should give them healthy food when they are young. And really the taste is just absolutely fantastic and does taste like a snickers bar.

It Could Be A Snickers Bar Ingredients

1 cup diet cool whip
3 oz grape nuts cereal
12 oz soft diet ice cream
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 packet sugar free butterscotch pudding dry

It Could Be A Snickers Bar Method

Mix the diet ice cream, cool whip, peanut butter and butterscotch pudding in a mixer then stir in cereal. Pour the It Could Be A Snickers Bar into an 8 inch square pan then cover and freeze.
