LO CAL PECAN PIE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Helens Lo Cal Pecan Pie. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a terrific pecan

a diabetic and when ever we went to her place she always gave
us afternoon tea with some of her famous Helens Lo Cal Pecan
Pie which we reckoned tasted real good as we did not realise
then that it was lo calorie for her diabetes.

This
recipe will teach you how to make It Could Be A Snickers Bar.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
This is a fantastic frozen dessert to make for diabetics but
just remember you still have to keep to your portions even
if it is healthy. I like making this for my grandchildren
as they do not realise it is so healthy and I believe you
should give them healthy food when they are young. And really
the taste is just absolutely fantastic and does taste like
a snickers bar.
It Could Be A Snickers Bar Ingredients
1 cup diet cool
whip
3 oz grape nuts cereal
12 oz soft diet ice cream
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 packet sugar free butterscotch pudding dry
It Could
Be A Snickers Bar Method
Mix the diet ice cream, cool
whip, peanut butter and butterscotch pudding in a mixer then
stir in cereal. Pour the It Could Be A Snickers Bar into an
8 inch square pan then cover and freeze.
