DUCK PIZZA RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Peking Duck Pizza. It is a quick

combination of duck, cheese, scallions, mushrooms and hoisin
sauce. A taste sensation.

Duck Pizza Ingredients
2 Tbs hoisin sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
cornmeal to dust pan
1 cup olive oil for frying
2 pizza crusts 9 inch size
2 cups oyster mushrooms
1 lb boneless duck breast skin on
8 scallions white part only slivered
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
10 small wonton wrappers cut into 1/2 inch strips

Duck Pizza Method
Bake duck which has been coated
with hoisin sauce and chill. Cut into 1/8 inch slices. Fry
wonton strips in hot olive oil 375 degrees until brown and
crisp. Drain and set aside. Saute mushrooms in one tablespoon
olive oil and set aside. Make or use purchased pizza dough
two 9 inch rounds. Spread 1 to 2 teaspoons of hoisin sauce
over the dough. Cover with the mozzarella, slivered green
onions and sliced duck. Spread the sauteed mushrooms over
duck. Bake preferably on a pizza stone at 500 degrees for
9 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Slice the Peking
Duck Pizza and then top with the wontons and drizzle on more
hoisin sauce in a spider web pattern.

PESTO PIZZA RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Pita Pesto Pizza. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make.
This is the most easy pizza recipe I have ever made. The Pita
Pesto Pizza has a wonderful flavour with the mixture being
processed and spread on pita bread topped with cheese.
Pita Pesto Pizza Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbs lemon juice
4 cups torn spinach
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 1/2 Tbs dried whole basil
1/2 cup lightly packed parsley
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 x 6 inch size whole wheat pitas
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Pesto Pizza Method
Position knife blade in processor.
Drop garlic and parsley through food chute with processor
running, process 15 seconds or until minced. Add spinach,
parmesan, basil and lemon juice then process 30 seconds. Scrape
bowl with rubber spatula and process an additional 30 seconds
or until smooth. Split pita breads into 4 rounds then spread
2 tablespoons spinach mixture over interior of each pita round.
Top with bell pepper and cheese. Bake the Pita Pesto Pizza
at 450 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve
warm.
