GREEK STYLE PENNE RECIPE

Greek Style Penne.

This recipe will teach you how to make Greek Style Penne. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This recipe only has a few ingredients in it such as tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, parsley, dill, olive oil and penne pasta put it all together and you have a very nourishing wholesome flavoured meal.

Greek Style Penne Ingredients

12oz penne pasta
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
7 oz feta cheese crumbled
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
1 cup chopped green onions
2 lb tomatoes halved seeded, chopped

Greek Style Penne Method

Mix the tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, parsley, dill and olive oil in large bowl. Set tomato mixture aside. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite stirring occasionally then drain. Add hot pasta to tomato mixture and toss to coat. Season the Greek Style Penne to taste with salt and pepper and serve.

Ham and Asparagus Fettuccine.

This recipe will teach you how to make Ham and Asparagus Fettuccine. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This Ham and Asparagus Fettuccine pasta recipe is so full of flavour. The combination of asparagus, cream, parmesan and ham makes it absolutely fabulous.

Ham and Asparagus Fettuccine Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 lb cooked ham diced
12oz dry fettuccine noodles
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 oz fresh asparagus trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces

Ham and Asparagus Fettuccine Method

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Stir asparagus into pot in the last five minutes of cooking then drain. While pasta is cooking heat butter and cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat. When mixture begins to bubble stir in parmesan, garlic powder, pepper and cayenne. Continue cooking until mixture thickens stirring occasionally. Stir in ham and heat through. Toss pasta and asparagus with sauce and serve the Ham and Asparagus Fettuccine immediately.
