PINEAPPLE
CAKE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Pineapple Cake. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. The
crushed pineapple in this Pineapple Cake makes the flavour
fantastic. Then topped with the icing and pecan nuts just
makes this cake look and taste sensational.

Cake Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sifted plain flour
2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
Icing:
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Pineapple Cake Method
Cream the sugar, butter and
eggs together and stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour
the Pineapple Cake into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake
at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Icing:
Combine the sugar, butter and milk in a pan and boil for 3
minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped pecans.
Cook until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and
pour over the Pineapple Cake.
