PORK
CHOP RISOTTO RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Pork Chop Risotto. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This recipe has a wonderful blend
of pork chops, rice, onion, green pepper, soup cube and chili
sauce mixed with the rest of the ingredients it gives the
Pork Chop Risotto an excellent taste. My whole family really
likes this meal and it is so nourishing.

Risotto Ingredients

little olive oil
6 pork chops
1 green pepper
salt and pepper
1 cup uncooked rice
2 Tbs chopped onion
2 1/2 cups water and soup cube
6 slices lemon and some parsley sprigs to garnish

Risotto Method
Cut
the surplus fat from the chops then season with the salt and
pepper. In a heavy frying pan heat a little olive oil then
add the chops and brown on both sides then lift them out onto
a plate. Add the rice to the frying pan and fry till golden
then place it in a casserole dish. Put some more oil into
the frying pan and saute the onion and half of the chopped
green pepper. Next add the water and soup cube and stir until
boiling then pour it over the rice in the casserole dish and
then top with the chops and sprinkle each chop with a little
chili sauce. Cover the Pork Chop Risotto and bake in a moderate
oven 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the chops are tender.
About 15 minutes before taking the Pork Chop Risotto from
the oven put a little of the remaining chopped green pepper
and a slice of lemon on each chop and garnish with parsley.

This

It is a quick and easy recipe to make. I
really believe this is the most nourishing meal. The flavours
of the chops, butter, mushrooms, lemon juice, pepper, thyme,
cream and parsley makes the Pork Chops Cooked in Cream taste
absolutely sensational. My husband and I really enjoy this
meal served with mashed potatoes and beans.
Pork Chops Cooked in Cream Ingredients
pepper
2 oz butter
pinch
thyme
4 Tbs cream
1 Tbs
plain flour
1 Tbs
lemon juice
1/2 lb
mushrooms
4 thick
pork chops
finely chopped parsley

Cooked in Cream Method
Cut
the excess fat from the chops and
saute them
in a frying pan until brown on both sides then take them out
of the pan and empty the fat from the pan. Cut the mushrooms
finely and saute them in the melted butter in the frying pan
until soft then add the lemon juice and the flour and stir
until boiling and cook for 1 minute then season with salt
and pepper. Place each chop on a square of foil and sprinkle
with salt, pepper and thyme then top with the mushroom mixture
then put 1 tablespoon of the cream over each chop and sprinkle
with parsley. Fold the foil over the chops and roll the edges
to seal them. Put the Pork Chops Cooked in Cream on a baking
tray and cook in a moderate oven 325 degrees for 50 minutes
or until the chops are tender.
