PORK
CHOPS IN WINE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Pork Chops in Wine. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. I make this recipe when my husband
and I are having a special night together. The flavour of
the pork chops and onion combined with the rest of the ingredients
and garnished with parsley gives the Pork Chops in Wine an
absolutely sensational taste.
Pork Chops
in Wine Ingredients

onion
1 tsp salt
4 pork chops
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp mustard
2 Tbs soft butter
1/4 pint white wine
2 Tbs chopped parsley to garnish

Cut
the excess fat from the chops. Pound the salt, pepper, mustard
and butter into a smooth paste then cover both sides of the
chops with it. In a heavy based frying pan brown the chops
on both sides then add the finely chopped onion and cook until
transparent then add the wine and bring to the boil. Transfer
to a casserole dish and cover then bake in a moderate 350
degree oven for 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Sprinkle
the Pork Chops in Wine with parsley before serving.

WITH ORANGE SAUCE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Pork with Orange Sauce.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
It is very unusual to have pork with
orange sauce but believe me this recipe tastes really exceptional
and absolutely sensational. My daughters really enjoy this
recipe served with potatoes, carotts and peas. I made the
Pork with Orange Sauce for my husbands and mine wedding anniversary.
Pork with Orange Sauce Ingredients

tsp salt
1 bayleaf
1 oz butter
1 Tbs sugar
pinch pepper
1 dsp cold water
1/3 cup dry sherry
1 1/4 dsp cornflour
2/3 cup orange juice
2 lb piece of pork fillet
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp grated orange rind

Orange Sauce Method
In
a pan brown the pork on all sides in the butter and
then remove from pan. Using
the same pan cook the onion till tender and then add the orange
juice, rind, sherry, sugar, salt, pepper and bayleaf. Put
the meat back in the pan then cover and simmer for about 1
hour or until tender then remove to a hot platter and cut
into slices. Mix the cornflour and water blending until it
is smooth then add it to the orange gravy in the pan making
sure to stir it until the mixture boils and thickens and cook
for 1 minute. Pour some of the sauce over the slices of pork
and then put the rest into a gravy jug.Serve your Pork with
Orange Sauce with potatoes, carotts and peas.
