PORK
KEBABS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Pork Kebabs. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. I'm sure you will really enjoy the Pork
Kebabs at your next barbecue. The flavours of these kebabs
comes from the mixture of hoisin sauce, plum sauce and garlic.
Great served on a beautiful serving plate with some lemon
cut in half at the side. Your friends and family will really
enjoy the Pork Kebabs.
Pork Kebabs
Ingredients
2 Tbs plum sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
750g pork fillet sliced
2 cloves crushed garlic
Pork Kebabs
Method
Combine the pork, sauces and
garlic in a medium bowl then cover and refrigerate for 3 hours
or overnight if you want to prepare them ahead. Thread the
pork onto 12 skewers and then cook the Pork Kebabs in batches
on a heated oiled barbecue until browned and cook through.
If you use the bamboo skewers soak them in water for an hour
before use to prevent them from splintering or scorching.
