30g sultanas
1 1/2 cups milk
120g rolled oats
1 banana chopped
18 dried apricots chopped
200g nestles swiss vanilla yoghurt
Porridge
with Yoghurt Method
In a microwave bowl combine
the rolled oats and milk then microwave on high for 4 minutes
or until porridge is cooked. Stir and add the fruit to porridge
and then cook on high for further 1 minute. Stir in the yoghurt
and divide the Porridge with Yoghurt into 4 breakfast bowls.
