POTATO SALAD RECIPE
This recipe

a wonderful taste combined with the other ingredients.
Devilled
Potato Salad Ingredients
1 tsp salt
3 dsp vinegar
tomato wedges
cucumber slices
shredded lettuce
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tsp celery salt
6 medium potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs onion chopped
1 dsp prepared mustard
Devilled
Potato Salad Method
Boil the potatoes and cut them
into cubes. Cut eggs in halves then remove the yolks and mash
them, then blend with the vinegar and mustard. Add the mayonnaise,
sour cream, celery salt and salt and blend well. Chop the
egg whites and combine them with potato and onion. Fold in
the dressing and chill well. Serve the Devilled Potato Salad
in a bowl with tomato wedges and cucumber slices and shredded
lettuce.

DIAKON
AND TUNA SALAD RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Diakon and Tuna Salad. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make. This
is the most tastiest salad I have ever tasted. Diakon is a
radish thats just a bit of trivia in case some people do not
know what it is as I did not know till my mother told me.
The flavours of the diakon, onion, okura and tuna mixed together
and then topped with the dressing gives the Diakon and Tuna
Salad a magnificent taste.
Diakon and Tuna Salad Ingredients
10 okura,
rub in 1/2 Tbs salt cook, drain, chopped
1 can tuna, drained keep 1 Tbs liquid from tuna for dressing
3 cups diakon cut into 1 1/2 inche pieces rubbed in 1/2 Tbs
salt
1/2 cup onion thinly sliced soaked in water for 10 minutes,
drain
DRESSING:
1 1/2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs juice from tuna
1 1/2 Tbs rice vinegar
Diakon
and Tuna Salad Method
Put well drained tuna flakes
into a bowl and add diakon, onion and okura and mix well.
Pour in dressing to the tuna mixture and mix. Toss the Diakon
and Tuna Salad and put into a serving platter and serve.
