OF PUDDINGS RECIPE
This recipe

of Puddings Ingredients
2 Tbs jam
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup caster sugar
2 drops vanilla essence
grated rind of half a lemon
3 cups fresh white breadcrumbs
Topping:
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 egg whites stiffly whisked
Queen
of Puddings Method
Place the egg whites, caster
sugar, milk and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk together.
Microwave for 4 minutes. Place the breadcrumbs and grated
lemon rind in a greased shallow 5 cup microwave dish and stir
in the milk mixture. Microwave for 5 1/2 minutes stirring
every minute. Set aside. Place the jam in a small bowl and
microwave for 1 minute. Gently spread the jam over the cooked
breadcrumb and milk mixture. For the topping fold the sugar
into the whisked egg whites. Spread the meringue over the
jam and swirl into decorative peaks. Cook the Queen of Puddings
for 3 minutes. Brown the pudding for a few moments under a
preheated conventional grill.

Quick Chicken Pasta Ingredients
1 Tbs oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
375g green tagliatelle
1 small red capsicum diced
500g cooked chicken diced
1 cup frozen peas defrosted
1 small green capsicum diced
300g can condensed mushroom soup

Chicken Pasta Method
Place the pasta into a deep
dish and cover it with boiling water. Add the oil and salt
then cover and cook on high for 6 minutes. Then let it stand
for 6 minutes. Then place the capsicum in a dish and cover
it and cook for 3 minutes. Add the peas and cook for a further
3 minutes. Mix the mushroom soup and the water and add it
with the chicken to the vegetables. Cook uncovered for 6 to
8 minutes making sure to stir it once halfway through the
cooking time. Drain the pasta and place it in a warm serving
dish. Then arrange the chicken mixture on top and serve your
Quick Chicken Pasta.
