LAYER PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE

I gave them a dessert made from pumpkin but when they tasted
the Double Layer Pumpkin Pie they really enjoyed it so much
they came back for more.
Double
Layer Pumpkin Pie Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 Tbs milk
1 Tbs sugar
1 quarter pumpkin
1 1/2 cups cool whip
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4
oz philly cream cheese
1 graham cracker pie crust
2 packet vanilla flavoured Jell O pudding and pie filling

Layer Pumpkin Pie Method
Mix the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon
milk and the sugar in a large bowl with a wire whisk till
smooth then gently stir in the cool whip and pumpkin pie spice.
Spread on the bottom of the prepared pie crust. Pour 1 cup
cold milk into a bowl and add the pumpkin, pudding mixes and
the remainder of the spices beating with wire whisk till well
mixed, it will be thick. Then spread over the cream cheese
layer in the prepared pie crust. Refrigerate for at least
4 hours till set then garnish the Double Layer Pumpkin Pie
with additional whipped topping before serving.

UP APPLE PIE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Downside Up Apple Pie. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make. This
is the best apple pie I have ever made or tasted. I usually
serve the Downside Up Apple Pie with custard and ice cream
or with whipped cream. My family love it when I make a roast
Sunday dinner for the family and make the Downside Up Apple
Pie.
Downside Up Apple Pie Ingredients
PASTRY:
double 9 inch crust pie
CARAMEL PECAN MIXTURE:
3 Tbs soft butter
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
APPLE PIE:
2 Tbs flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
6 medium tart apples
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
Downside
Up Apple Pie Method
Prepare pastry and chill then
preheat oven to 450 degrees. Downside up Apple Pie is a double
crust pie that you turn up side down on a plate. Make the
Caramel Pecan Mixture: Cream the butter and brown sugar. Spread
evenly into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan then press the
pecan halves in an even design. Roll out half the pastry to
fit over the pecan layer draping 1 inch over the pie pan.
Combine the apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon,
nutmeg and salt. Pour into the pastry and pack down well.
Roll out the second half of the pastry to cover the apples.
Seal edges by folding bottom crust over top crust. Moisten
water with edges as you go. Flute edges with a fork. Make
vents in the top and bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees
and bake 30 minutes longer. Cool 10 minutes and turn up side
down onto a serving plate. As if by magic this apple cake
creates its own beautiful picture while in the oven. Serve
the Downside Up Apple Pie with custard and ice cream or whipped
cream.
