PUMPKIN SOUP RECIPE

This recipe

Pumpkin Soup is a very nourishing soup you can enjoy on a
cold winters night. The flavour of the pumpkin with onion,
cream, nutmeg and chicken broth makes the taste fantastic.
The cream and nutmeg on top of the Pumpkin Soup makes all

Pumpkin
Soup Ingredients
1 Tbs flour
salt to taste
2 Tbs butter
pepper to taste
nutmeg to taste
4 cups chicken broth
3 cups pumpkin puree
1/2 cup cream whipped
2 medium onions chopped

Soup Method
In a pan over low heat saute
the onions in the butter until the onions are soft. Add the
flour slowly stirring for 2 to 3 minutes and then add the
chicken broth stirring thoroughly, add the pumpkin puree and
slowly cook for about 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste
and pour into warm bowls then top the Pumpkin Soup with the
whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.

SPICY
BEAN SOUP RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Spicy Bean Soup. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make.
Spicy Bean Soup has a wonderful blend of green pepper, onion,
pinto beans, black beans, tomato soup, worcestershire sauce
and hot pepper sauce in it that gives it a hot spicy flavour.
This Spicy Bean Soup is wonderful served with a dob of sour
cream on top and a crusty bread roll.
Spicy Bean Soup Ingredients
1 Tbs oil
1 soup can water
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup green pepper chopped

Soup Method
Saute the onion and green pepper
in oil. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce
the heat to low and cover and cook the Spicy Bean Soup for
a further 10 minutes. Serve with a dab of sour cream and a
crusty bread roll.
