This is a plain Custard Tart that has been made in our family for years and all my family still love to make it. My grandchildren are making it now especially when they have friends over. Served with vanilla ice cream makes it taste really excellent.

For the custard combine all the ingredients except the nutmeg and beat until blended then pour into the pastry shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
