BREAD RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Rice Bread. It is a quick and easy
recipe to make. Rice
Bread is a very different bread recipe as it has sunflower
seeds, rolled oats, soy flour, rice flour and millet flour
in it. The flavour of this bread recipe is absolutely fantastic.
Rice Bread
Ingredients
1 Tbs oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs yeast
2 cups rice flour
1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup millet flour
2 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Rice Bread
Method
Let
the yeast dissolve in a bowl with the water. Add all remaining
ingredients and beat well. A wire whisk or hand egg beater
works best. The batter will be sloppy. Pour into well greased
pans and let rise uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes. Handle gently
at all times or batter may collapse. Bake the Rice Bread at
375 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 5 minutes in the pans and
then turn out onto a rack for further cooling.
