RICE
PUDDING RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Rice Pudding. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. Rice Pudding recipe has been passed down
through our family of generations. I can remember my dear
old grandmother and my mother making this pudding and now
I have taught my daughters to make it and my grandaughters
are also making it. It is an inexpensive pudding to make and
the flavour is really exceptional. Give it a go and make this
pudding for your family and I'm sure they will enjoy it.
Rice Pudding
Ingredients
1 pint milk
1 oz butter
4 Tbs castor sugar
4 oz short grain rice
pinch ground nutmeg
Rice Pudding
Method
Make sure the first thing you
do is to grease a 2 pint pie dish then put in the rice, milk
and sugar then stir well and dot the top with the butter.
Bake in the centre of a preheated 350 degrees oven for 2 hours.
After the first hour take it out and sprinkle the top with
the ground nutmeg then return it to the oven for another hour.
Serve the Rice Pudding with ice cream or whipped cream.
