CHICKEN WITH ALMONDS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Roast Chicken with Almonds. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make. Most people like making
this recipe with chicken breasts but now and again I make
it with a whole chicken either way it turns out really sensational
and the taste is exquisit. I like making the Roast Chicken
with Almonds with a whole chicken when the family is coming
over and I do roast vegetables with it.

Chicken with Almonds Ingredients
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dry white wine
10 chicken breast halves
5 1/2 oz packet slivered almonds
10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup

Chicken with Almonds Method
Spread chicken in very lightly
greased baking dish then cover with 2/3 of the almonds. Mix
soups with wine and pour over chicken and almonds. Sprinkle
parmesan cheese on top and then sprinkle remaining almonds
over it. Bake the Roast Chicken with Almonds at 350 degrees
for 2 hours uncovered.

CHICKEN WITH HERBED STUFFING RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Roast Chicken with Herbed
Stuffing. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. My
dear old mother taught me to make the Roast Chicken with Herbed
Stuffing but mine still does not turn out exactly like my
mums and my children recons the same about theres not being
exactly like mine. But we do all use my mums recipe and I
believe we just rememder it tasting better because we did
not cook it.
Roast Chicken with Herbed Stuffing Ingredients
1 tsp
salt
1 Tbs butter
2 Tbs salt, extra
1 Tbs lemon juice
lemon zest grated
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs mixed dried herbs
3 rashers of bacon chopped
1 medium size whole chicken
1 Tbs fresh rosemary chopped
1 large white onion finely chopped
1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
1 large zucchini grated and squeezed of excess fluid

Chicken with Herbed Stuffing Method
Add onion, bacon and butter
to a frying pan and stir fry for 3 minutes then add zucchini
and continue to stir fry for 5 minutes or until fluid has
condensed. Combine zucchini and onion with parsley, rosemary,
lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stuff chicken with the zucchini
mixture and close with skewers. Cover chicken in vegetable
oil then rub in salt and lemon zest and sprinkle over dried
herbs. Place chicken on a greased baking tray in the oven
at 180 degrees for 60 minutes. Serve Roast Chicken with Herbed
Stuffing with roasted zucchini, baby yellow squash, cauliflower,
peas and potatoes and brown onion gravy.
