STEAK
WITH VEGETABLES RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Steak with Vegetables. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make. I do not think there is a person
who does not like barbecue steak it always taste better cooked
on a barbecue. And then you barbecue capsicum, eggplants and
yellow zucchini to go with it just adds a special taste to
the whole meal.

with Vegetables Ingredients
2 eggplants
1 Tbs olive oil
2 red capsicums
1 cup olive paste
2 yellow zucchini
6 beef scotch fillet steaks

Quarter the capsicums and remove
seeds and membranes then roast under grill skin side up until
skin blisters and blackens. Cover the capsicums with plastic
wrap for 5 minutes then peel away the skin. Cut the eggplants
into 2cm slices and then cut the zucchini lengthways into
2cm slices. Cook beef in batches on a heated oiled barbecue
until browned and cooked as desired then cover to keep warm.
Cook capsicum, eggplant and zucchini in batches on barbecue
until browned all over and soft. Top the beef with the vegetables
and serve with olive paste and drizzle the Beef with Vegetables
with olive oil.
