Sugar Circles Deep Fried Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs vodka
1/2 Tbs water
1 tsp cinnamon
cinnamon sugar
oil for deep frying
1 egg beaten to blend

Sugar Circles Deep Fried Method

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl then add egg, water, vodka and vanilla and blend well. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead 5 minutes. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to thickness of 1/8 inch and cut into strips. Cut small lengthwise slit neat 1 end of each strip. Twist opposite end of strip through opening handling gently to form loop. Heat oil in deep fryer. Fry loops in batches until golden brown. Drain on paper towels then sprinkle the Sugar Circles Deep Fried generously with cinnamon sugar and serve immediately.

This recipe will teach you how to make Tuna Croquettes Deep Fried. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. I really enjoy sitting down to a plate of Tuna Croquettes Deep Fried with a small bowl of dip. My daughter always ask me to cook the Tuna Croquettes Deep Fried when she is having some friends over to watch television.

Tuna Croquettes Deep Fried Ingredients

1 cup milk
3/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs water
2 Tbs butter
1/8 tsp pepper
oil for deep frying
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg lightly beaten
fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbs chopped parsley
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 x 7 oz tins tuna drained

Tuna Croquettes Deep Fried Method

In medium saucepan melt butter then add flour, salt and pepper and mix well. Gradually add milk and cook until thick stirring constantly. Stir in tuna, parsley and lemon juice and mix well then chill. Shape mixture into 8 croquettes then roll in crumbs and dip into slightly beaten egg mixed with water and roll again in crumbs. Fry in small batches in deep fryer for about 5 minutes croquettes should be golden brown. Transfer Tuna Croquettes Deep Fried to paper towels to drain.
