BISCUITS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Swiss Biscuits. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. A lot of people make these biscuits all
the same shape but I like to make them all different shapes.
My grandchildren like me making the different shapes as then
they think they all have different sorts of biscuits.

Biscuits Ingredients
4 oz butter
2 egg yolks
3 dsp sherry
4 oz icing sugar
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp orange rind finely grated
Swiss Biscuits
Method
Beat butter to soft cream and
gradually add the icing sugar then beat until well mixed,
add the egg yolks, and grated orange rind and sherry. Sift
the flour with the baking powder and stir into the mixture.
Force the mixture through a biscuit forcer onto a greased
biscuit tray. Bake the Swiss Biscuits in a moderate oven 350
degrees for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are a light fawn
colour.
