SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE

Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings.

This recipe will teach you how to make Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. There is many ways to do chicken wings and this recipe is one of my favourites. Some people do not like chicken wings but I am sure if they tried the Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings they would really like the wings.

Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings Ingredients

1/3 cup crisco
1/3 cup vinegar
3/4 cup catsup
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
12 oz can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 1/2 lb chicken wings with tips removed



Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings Method

Brown wings in hot crisco adding more if necessary. Remove wings as they brown. Drain drippings from skillet and add vinegar, sugar, juice, catsup, soy sauce and mustard to skillet then bring to boil stirring occasionally. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes then add browned chicken wings and cover skillet then simmer for 15 minutes. Turn wings and cook uncovered 15 minutes longer. Serve the Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings with rice.

SWISS CHICKEN RECIPE

Swiss Chicken .

This recipe will teach you how to make Swiss Chicken. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a really tasty chicken recipe. The combination of the chicken, swiss cheese, chicken soup and the pepperidge farm herb dressing is what gives the Swiss Chicken its very unique flavour.

Swiss Chicken Ingredients

1/2 cup milk
1 stick margarine
10 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 chicken breast halves, deboned
1 packet pepperidge farm herb dressing mix

Swiss Chicken Method

Place chicken breast in large flat baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 1 slice of cheese on top of each breast. Mix can of soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over chicken. Melt margarine and mix with dressing mix and spread over chicken. Bake the Swiss Chicken at 325 degrees uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
