TACO SALAD RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Dieters Taco Salad. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. When I am trying to lose weight I
just have one of the Dieters Taco Salad for lunch. It is very
nourishing and filling so I make sure I eat nothing else for
lunch. I sometimes make the Dieters Taco Salad up for lunch
when my family comes over as my grandsons
really like the Dieters taco salad.

Taco Salad Ingredients
1 onion
1 Tbs water
1 Tbs vinegar
1 tsp mustard
8oz tomato sauce
4 x 8 inch Tortillas
1lb lean ground beef
1/4 tsp garlic powder
cherry tomatoes halved
4 cups lettuce shredded
1 medium carrot shredded
1/2 tsp dried basil crushed
1/2 tsp red pepper crushed
1 large green pepper chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Taco Salad Method
Cook beef, onion and 1/4 cup
of green pepper till beef is brown then drain. Add tomato
sauce, vinegar, mustard, red pepper, basil, garlic and water
then bring to the boil and reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Warm foil wrapped tortillas in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Spray 4 x 10 ounce casseroles with nonstick spray then press
1 tortilla into each. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Divide lettuce among 4 plates. Place a tortilla on each plate
then spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with remaining
green pepper, tomatoes, carrot and cheese.

FRUIT SALAD RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Fluffy Fruit Salad. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. Make
this Fluffy Fruit Salad and I believe it will be the best
fruit salad you have ever made. It is so creamy and the taste
is divine. My grand daughters and daughters really love this
Fluffy Fruit Salad so I always make sure I have one made especially
for them for dessert when they come for dinner with us.
Fluffy Fruit Salad Ingredients
2 Tbs
flour
2/3 cup sugar
2 bananas sliced
3 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
2 eggs lightly beaten
20 oz crushed pineapple
17 oz fruit cocktail drained
1 cup heavy cream whipped
11 oz can mandarins drained

Fruit Salad Method
Drain pineapple reserving 1
cup juice in a small saucepan then set pineapple aside. To
saucepan add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice
and oil then bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for
1 minute then remove from the heat and let cool. In a salad
bowl combine the pineapple, fruit cocktail, mandarins and
bananas. Fold in whipped cream and cooled sauce. Chill the
Fluffy Fruit Salad for several hours before serving.
