TERIYAKI
BEEF RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Teriyaki Beef. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. Teriyaki
Beef is a great recipe to have on hand if you want to make
a special dinner. It is full of flavour and a very nourishing
meal to make. The flavours of beef, onion, broccoli, ginger
and garlic are just some of the ingredients that make this
recipe taste really exceptional.
Teriyaki
Beef Ingredients
2 Tbs soy
sauce
2 Tbs oyster sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 lb skirt beef steak
6 oz broccoli florets
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 oz onion 1/4" slices
1 Tbs black bean sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
Teriyaki
Beef Method
Cut skirt steaks into 1" cubes
and combine all above ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly
and let marinate for at least a half hour at room temperature.
Refrigerate until needed. When ready to cook separate beef
only from marinade and save everything else. In a wok heat
up about a 1/4" of olive oil. Add beef and cook till nearly
done. Add marinated broccoli and onion. Cook until beef is
done then add approximately 1 cup of marinade to beef and
veggies. Cook on medium to slight boil. Serve the Teriyaki
Beef over rice with wonton noodles around edge of plate.
