BAGELS WITH EGG AND MUSHROOMS RECIPE

3 eggs
2 bagels
pinch salt
20g butter
2 Tbs milk
1/4 tsp dried oregano
100g button mushrooms sliced

Bagels with Egg and Mushrooms Method
In a non stick pan heat the
butter and cook the mushrooms and oregano. Put the mushrooms
into a bowl and keep warm. Wipe the pan with a paper towel
and set aside for cooking the eggs in. Cut the bagels horizontally
in half and toast. Lightly beat together the eggs, milk and
salt. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook over medium
heat. Gently stir and fold the eggs until just cooked and
creamy. Arrange the bagel onto a serving plate and top with
egg and mushrooms and serve the Toasted Bagels with Egg and
Mushrooms immediately.
