DEEP
FRIED TOFU RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Deep Fried Tofu. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. Tofu
can be very tasteless unless you add taste and this Deep Fried
Tofu is really tasty especially with sweet and sour sauce.
Deep
Fried Tofu Ingredients
3 Tbs cornstarch
1/2 cup wheat germ
sweet and sour sauce
vegetable oil for deep frying
1 lb tofu cut in 1/2 inch cubes

Tofu Method
Roll the tofu cubes in the wheat germ
mixed with cornstarch. Heat the oil in the deep fryer. Fry
the cubes a few at a time in a basket in the hot oil. Drain
on paper towels and keep warm while making the remainder.
Serve the Deep Fried Tofu with sweet and sour sauce dip.

EGGPLANT
DEEP FRIED RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Eggplant Deep Fried. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make. I
never really liked eggplant till one day my mother cooked
the Eggplant Deep Fried and ever since then I started liking
it and now I cook it for my family as they all like the Eggplant
Deep Fried.
Eggplant Deep Fried Ingredients
SEASONING
MIX:
1 1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp dried tyme leaves
1/8 tsp dried sweet basil leaves
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
oil for frying
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1 cup peeled and coarsley chopped eggplant

Deep Fried Method
Combine seasoning mix ingredients
is a small bowl mixing thoroughly. Sprinkle the eggplant evenly
with about 1/2 tsp of the mix. Place the flour in a small
bowl and the breadcrumbs in another. Add 1 tsp of the seasoning
mix to the flour and one tsp to the breadcrumbs mixing each
well. In a separate small bowl combine the milk and egg until
well blended. Heat oil in a deep fryer. Just before frying
dredge the chopped eggplant in the seasoned flour shaking
off excess. Work quickly so flour doesn't get too moist, it's
best to use your hands for this. Then coat well with the milk
mixture then quickly with the breadcrumbs shaking off excess.
Place the eggplant in hot oil until dark golden brown about
3 minutes making sure to seperate the eggplant pieces as you
drop them into the oil. Drain and serve the Eggplant Deep
Fried immediately.
