TURKEY TENDERLOINS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Grilled Turkey Tenderloins. It

is a very tasty way to cook the Grilled Turkey Tenderloins
and it is very healthy as you can have it with a salad and
bread roll. I cook these when we are having a barbecue as
some of my family have diabetes and these are good for them
and the ones that have not got diabetes enjoy the Grilled
Turkey Tenderloins just as much.

Turkey Tenderloins Ingredients
1 lb uncooked turkey tenderloin, 3/4 inch thick
Marinade:
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 Tbs lemon juice
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs crushed onion
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry wine or apple juice
Grilled
Turkey Tenderloins Method
In a shallow pan blend all marinade
ingredients together then add turkey turning to coat both
sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or
overnight turning occasionally. Grill the tenderloins over
hot coals 8 to 10 minutes per side depending on the thickness.
Tenderloins are done when there is no pink in the center do
not over cook. Serve the Grilled Turkey Tenderloins in 1/4
inch thick slices with salad and toasted buns.

Health Cookies Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins
1 tsp baking soda
2 well beaten eggs
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
2 tsp artificial sweetener such as sweet n low

Cookies Method
Boil raisins, dates and apples
in water for 3 minutes then add shortening to melt then cool
and add rest of ingredients with the nuts last. Mix well then
drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake the Health Cookies
at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Store in refrigerator
in an airtight container.
