Tetrazini Ingredients
6 oz noodles
2 Tbs parsley
2 Tbs breadcrumbs
1 cup onion chopped
3 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup tomato diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 cups celery chopped
3 cups cooked turkey diced
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Tetrazini Method
Cook noodles, celery, onion,
garlic and parsley in broth. Make sure the heat is not too
high. The noodles should absorb most of the liquid. Add remaining
ingredients except breadcrumbs and mix. Put the mixture into
a casserole dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake the Turkey
Tetrazini at 350 degrees until bubbly about 45 minutes. Take
it out of the oven and let sit for about 10 minutes and then
serve with tossed salad.

WITH ASPARAGUS AND BACON RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Penne with Asparagus and
Bacon. It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
This is an absolutely delicious pasta meal to make. The flavours
of the asparagus, bacon, pasta, lemon zest, lemon juice and
shaved parmesan is what gives the Penne with Asparagus and
Bacon its great taste. I always like to cook a pasta meal
up when I know my grandchildren are coming over for dinner
as I have never met a child yet that did not like pasta and
really enjoy it.
Penne with Asparagus and
Bacon Ingredients
1
Tbs olive oil
3 Tbs lemon juice
350g penne pasta
4 rashers of bacon
30g shaved parmesan
2 tsp lemon zest julienned
1 Tbs fresh oregano leaves
2 bunches asparagus cut into 4cm length

with Asparagus and Bacon Method
Wrap the bacon in absorbent
paper and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes or until golden
then chop into small pieces and set aside. In a pot of salted
boiling water cook the pasta until just tender. While the
pasta is cooking steam the asparagus until tender. When the
pasta is ready drain the excess water out of pot. Toss through
the pasta the olive oil, lemon zest and juice then stir the
bacon pieces through it then season with salt and pepper.
Serve the Penne with Asparagus and Bacon in warm bowls scattered
with the shaved parmesan and oregano leaves.
