AND SMOKED SAUSAGE RECIPE
Vegetables and Smoked Sausage
is a very good and nutritious meal. The flavours of smoked
sausage, potatoes, onions, bell peppers, squash, okra, corn
and then flavoured with tumeric, garlic, worcestershire sauce,
chicken broth, butter, salt and pepper go into making the
taste of this beef recipe absolutely fantastic.
Vegetables
And Smoked Sausage Ingredients
3 Tbs butter
3 okra sliced
1 tsp tumeric
2 squash cubed
1 large onion sliced
chicken broth as needed
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/4 cups frozen corn
2 cloves of garlic minced
3 Tbs worcestershire sauce
2 bell peppers sliced in strips
4 large potatoes peeled and cubed
1 lb smoked sausage cut in 1/2 lengthwise and sliced

And Smoked Sausage Method
In an electric skillet melt
the 3 tablespoons butter and then sautee the okra, tumeric,
squash, onion, salt and pepper, corn, garlic, worcestershire
sauce, peppers, and potatoes until brown. Move sauteed mixture
to one end of skillet and add the sausage to other end and
brown. Keep turning both mixtures separately as needed and
then add the chicken broth as needed for moisture. When the
sausage has browned combine the two sides together and continue
cooking until done. Serve the Vegetables And Smoked Sausage
with rice.
